We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, crews, suppliers, and others to deliver exceptional service and achieve 5 star customer satisfaction. We don't just install roofs, we help change the lives of families we serve. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of roofing projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout. Review and confirm appropriate materials for jobs. Ensure that the job is completed per the scope of work, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Manage safety and cleanliness of job sites. Perform final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and collect payments. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other crews. Monitor project progress and report regularly to the management team. Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Continuously improve project management processes and practices. Qualifications Must have roofing, siding, gutters, and chimney knowledge Must have the ability to flash and seal brick/stone chimneys Ability to manage projects effectively Through understanding of industry standards, practices, and processes Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
