Thesuccessful applicant will provide Flight TestGround and Operations engineeringsupport. Tasks will include coordination andimplementation of pre-flight and post-flight activitiesto ensure aircraft's test readiness includingissuance and closure of documentation relatingto work performed on the aircraft as well as coordination of aircraft modifications. Position isresponsible for control and tracking of aircraftconfiguration, coordinating and staging ofsupport equipment, and coordinating with otherorganizations associated with test readiness.This position will act as the principal focal pointbetween maintenance and engineeringpersonnel. The ability to interface with all levelsof project management is desired.**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. EngineeringAeronautics Basic Qualifications: * Experience working in development, production or in a flight test operations environment.* Experience working with Aircraft Systems and/or Maintenance/Modification Procedures Desired Skills: * Secret Security Clearance* Engineering Degree* Schematics, Engineering documentation, reading /interpretation and their use during troubleshooting.* Experience working with Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).* Familiarity with JSF tools and processes including PDM, JDL, JEDI and VAS* Self starter and logical problem solver.* Excellent organization and communication skills* Must be willing to work different shifts and weekends Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
