The Director of Account Management is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for both new and existing FST customers. This role manages a team of 5-10 account managers and logistics coordinators, focusing on setting account strategies, handling complex client solutions, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. The Director of Account Management will establish goals that push the team to a new level of growth and success. The role involves collaboration with various business units and customer interactions via email, phone, and in-person visits. The ideal candidate has a successful background in sales or account management and has led a small team in a freight brokerage environment.
