Role: IT Support/Specialist Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum Location: Berlin, Germany We are currently on the lookout for an IT Support/Specialist for an international hospitality and real estate brand. For this role, we are looking for upbeat, resourceful and IT-passionate candidates who would like to grow their careers in the company Your missions / responsibilities Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them Configure and maintain the IT systems, including installing updates and patches, and configuring settings Providing IT support to clients and company Conduct testing of IT systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and provide reports on testing results Reporting to IT Lead Managing networks like VLANs or configuring printers Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the IT systems are integrated with other software applications and systems Provide feedback to IT Lead on any technical issues or improvements needed The ideal candidate2-3 years on 1st line support experience Experience with Cisco Meraki is a must Previous experience in the hospitality/retail/real estate industry preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and operating system You master the tools and different computer systems A good understanding of server environments, networking & routing. O365 Administrative Experience You are service-oriented You know how to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests. You are autonomous, patient, flexible and available Fluent English.
