They are now looking for a fully qualified Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. The core of their work is within the residential sector, and projects often consist of office to residential unit conversions. They work in partnerships with many construction companies and residential developers and work on some very exciting projects. They are now looking for a fully qualified Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. Location: Richmond located close to Richmond station Working Days: Monday – Friday Hours: 9am – 6pm Start date: ASAPCriteria: Part III fully qualified architect Must have experience within residential construction/development companies Autocad proficient and able to liaise with site/subcontractors/consultants Strong portfolio of previous projects Minimum of 3+ years experience within a similar position Must be able and happy to do drawings along with the rest of the team Keen eye for detail Strong communication skills Working references required If you are interested, please contact the office on for more information.
