Job Title: Telemarketing Executive Location: Solihull - Must be commutable distance Salary: £11.00 Per hour Hours: 35.5 hour working week Duration: Temporary with a view to go permanent after 12 weeks Our client is a B2B telemarketing agency offering cost-effective telemarketing campaigns to a variety of customers. Due to recent contract wins and growth they are now looking to add the right individual to help support customers across the public sector, Private sector, and third-party sectors. Benefits Whilst Temping: Dragon Perks (Retail shops, online discounts) Weekly Pay Accrual of 2.2 days holiday (per 37.5 hours x 4 weeks - this may vary depending on working hours) Once Permanent: A clear commission structure Star of the Week / Star of the Month 24 days Holiday Bank Holidays (Increased with length of service) Day to day duties will include the following: Making outbound calls Completing telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers Generating leads Updating company information As a person you will need the following qualities and experience: Experience working within a similar role Able to achieve a dialling target of at least 175 dials per day Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated Work well within a team and as an individual Office Workforce are responsible for thousands of temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.
