We are looking for an experienced AV Installation Engineer with expertise in Crestron systems to join our team. As an AV Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining audiovisual systems for residential properties. Your role will involve installation, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and equipment. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, assist end users, and provide training as needed. Your role will involve installation, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and equipment. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, assist end users, and provide training as needed. Qualifications 2 years or more of proven experience as a full-time residential Audio-Visual Installation / Technician Experience with construction and design/build industry Experience working on construction sites and with hand tools Knowledge of Residential AV equipment Some ability to troubleshoot Networks and AV equipment Ability to think and work independently Wiring and termination skills as well as proper installation techniques of all AV equipment Strong Excellent written and oral communication skillsinterpersonal and customer service skillinteractionperience in reading/understanding architecture, electrical, structural & AV systems drawinginteractionperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills PC and Network knowledge Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer Self-starter with keen attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to project time-lines Must have a valid drivers.
