2335326 Alberta Ltd. o/a Buffalo Rock Store (gas station & convenience store) is looking for a Cashier (NOC 65100) (Permanent / Full time position). - Job title: Cashier- Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position- Location: NW-4, Siksika, AB, T0J 3W0- Start Date: ASAP- Number of Vacancies : 1 Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet customers- Accept cash, credit card, or other forms of payment from customers for purchases or fuel, and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions about products, prices and fuel grades, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner- Operate cash registers, electronic scanners, and other equipment to process sales transactions, apply discounts, and calculate totals for fuel or merchandise- Stock shelves - Wrap or place merchandise in bags- Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary- Verify the age of customers when selling tobacco products- Maintain records of transactions, balance cash registers at the end of shifts, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Lifting and Carrying, Attention to detail, Physically demanding Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications- At least secondary school graduation certificate required - Experience preferred but not required Wage- $16 per hour for 30~40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year Flexible work hours- Night, Evening, Weekend, Day, Morning Personal suitability- Accurate- Flexibility Benefits- Vacation : 4% remuneration of total gross salary Please send your resume at xyz X@ 2335326 Alberta Ltd. o/a Buffalo Rock Store hires on the basis of merit and is committed to employment equity.
