Executive Housekeeper - Lifestyle Hotel, London Location: London Salary: Negotiable We are currently recruiting for an Executive Housekeeper to join this busy and highly successful hotel brand in Central London. This Hotel is undergoing an incredible final stage of a refurbishment now highlighting stylish décor, vibrant colours, and exquisite rooms which are individually designed with unique furniture and colour schemes. As the Executive Housekeeper, it will be your responsibility to work with the Head Housekeeper to manage the team and ensure the exceptional standards are sustained. MAIN DUTIESLead in the daily operations of the housekeeping department Conduct daily briefings to the housekeeping team Check completed bedrooms with an eye for detail, to ensure they are cleaned to the required standards Liaise with the Reception department as to which rooms have being completed Staff training/incentives programmes implementation Forecasting for the department Conduct regular stock control and process orders SKILLS REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience as a Head Housekeeper or Deputy Head Housekeeper in a 4/5 luxury hotel Be hands on and be willing to carry out physical work Superb attention to details and understanding of a luxury brand Excellent customer service skills for guest interaction Exceptional organisation skills Ability to work as part of a team to ensure a productive environment Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment Approachable, friendly and understanding of the daily needs of a busy housekeeping team Executive Housekeeper - Lifestyle Hotel, London Location: London Salary: Negotiable Interested in this great challenge Contact xyz X@ with your updated CVCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
