Overview The Assistant shop Manager-Long Term Care (LTC) will report directly to the LTC shop Manager and support the operations of the LTC department. Responsibilities include supporting the LTC Manager with coaching and developing the shop team members, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring contracted continuing care shop services are delivered upon. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical initiative, attention to detail and an autonomous drive for excellence. Job Description Communicate regularly with direct reports to ensure all are meeting job responsibilities and are acting in compliance with regulatory and corporate policies, standards, and values. Completing Mid Year and Year End Performance Reviews for direct reports Assist with continuing care conferences and clinical activities for contracted LTC and supportive living facilities Assist with shop talent management including succession planning, orientation and training, and performance management Assist with efficient operation of the business to achieve all financial.
