We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Cyber Security Compliance Leader to join our Federal Cyber team. In this role, you will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards for our government clients. You will be responsible for a comprehensive security compliance program, conducting security assessments, and managing the overall security posture of our clients' systems. You will support deliver and go-to-market activities where you analyze business requirements to translate those into security solutions that meet our client's needs. Serving as a trusted cyber security advisor, you'll provide thought and people leadership on a team where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to our federal clients to continue to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal regulations and have a proven track record of successfully managing security compliance & privacy programs. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals in performing security compliance related activities and assessments for federal government clients. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security compliance program aligned with federal regulations and standards Lead Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts for Federal systems Manage the security risk assessment process, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions. Oversee the implementation of security controls and ensure they meet compliance requirements. Track and report on security compliance metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Stay current on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and federal compliance mandates. Manage and prioritize team workload, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
