A full-time real estate recruiter is needed to identify agents who could be a good fit for the team. It will be your duty to verify that each applicant satisfies our high-performance requirements, possesses the required credentials, and meshes well with the team's culture. For this position, we are looking for a professional who is well-organized, meticulous, and able to spot talent. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in recruiting systems and business models, and they will have a demonstrated history of success as a leader (though this is not a must). Compensation: • $100,000 - $120,000 Expected Earnings• Bonus Structure Included• Paid Time Off Responsibilities:• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various real estate roles.• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals to proactively source candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
