Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Military Operations Analyst for a position in Maryland area. The selected individual may work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel. Responsibilities include:*Identifies and manages internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community*Performs a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: interfaces with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, identifies requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements, verifies that responses meet requirements, compiles the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified LNOs to verify reporting data is accurate and complete*Ensures operational leads are prepared and ready to execute their supported missions*Coordinate travel and submit expense report#mfcvets Basic Qualifications: Active Top SecretVery experienced in multiple MS Office systemsAbility to work alone as well as a member of a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks at any given timeExceptional written and verbal communication Desired Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal tactPrior recruiting experience (No minimum requirement)Prior military experience (Any branch) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
