Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a General Manager role, as youll be the face of the business Skills and Experience of a General Manager: Previous experience in wet led business is preferred Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures Excellent service standards Peoples person: mentoring, coaching, and developing a team to provide a continued success Someone who can offer a personal touch Someone who can communicate effectively with the team, through regular meetings and briefings. Must be able to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment, deliver excellent guest service Support and guide team members, build effective team relationships, and set clear goals and targets, these must be reviewed regularly.
