We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed• Close sales• CRM and database mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Show a track record of real estate success• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• A real estate license is required• Superb communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
