The Opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. Perks at Holiday Inn Estes Park * Health, dental, and vision insurance** 401k with company match** Paid vacation days and holidays** Paid parental bonding leave** Tuition or professional certification reimbursement** Weekly pay* 50% off food & beverages* 20% off retail items* Referral bonus - earn $200 for each eligible referral* Training and development with opportunities for internal mobility and growth including the chance to work at our other locations nationwide*Available for full-time, year-round team members Responsibilities * Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment* Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations* Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition* Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs* Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor* Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position* Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties * Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades* Must possess a valid driver's license* No college degree required Physical Requirements * Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint* Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally* Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons Who We Are Holiday Inn Estes Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.
