Senior Product Planning Specialist

Description:
The Product Planning Specialist provides support for all product planning and product management. Responsibilities include the creation of training materials for vehicle lineup, answering phone calls for customer support, assisting with inputting and maintenance of vehicle data in the distribution system, and other tasks assigned by management.Responsibilities: * Provide support for the creation of vehicle information documents * Assist with recording and editing videos for product training * Assist with planning and conducting training * Physically inspect vehicles for spec accuracy * Answer Servco Connected Services support phone and provide customer support. * Assist in vehicle training events including staging vehicles, checking in attendees, etc. * Load vehicle data into the distribution system while maintaining accuracy * Compile vehicle comparison dataRequirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Minimum two years of automotive distribution or automotive sales operations work experience * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Microsoft Access, Adobe Creative Suite Applications, and Oracle operational knowledge preferred * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Excellent communication and customer relations skillsAbout Servco: At Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
