Reports to: Branch Manager Location: San Diego with Remote options for the right teammate. Responsibilities:Job Summary:• Sense of Urgency (being proactive vs. reactive)• High-Level Communication Skills• Team Player and coachable individual• Organized and Task-oriented• 3+ Years Mortgage Knowledge• Speaks with Clients building rapport• Collects and reviews conditions on a loan• Work Loan through all Milestones until Closed• Manages Accurate Data within CRM• Works with Loan Officer, Realtors, Escrow/Title, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the loan being in escrow Non-Essential Job Functions:• Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals• Adopts CrossCountry values in personal work behaviors, decision-making, contributions, and interpersonal interactions• Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun• Performs other duties as assigned this job is creative, fast, fun, and can serve many different Departments! Qualifications:• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge• Encompass• 3+ years of Mortgage Knowledge• Organization Skills Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: We work hard and are a family.
