About Us Did you know 8 in 10 American youth don't attend church but 9 in 10 attend public school? LifeWise Academy (lifewiseacademy.com) is one of three strategies of Stand for Truth (sftministry.org) which exists to reach the unchurched students in America's public schools with the Gospel. LifeWise Academy is a released-time religious instruction program that allows kids to leave public school DURING the school day to receive Bible/gospel education. Released time is legal if provided the programs are off school property, it's privately funded and it's parent permitted. Very few people know this is possible. In fact, most members of our organization hadn't heard of this concept until just a few years ago. But in reality, RTRI has been around for over 100 years and has been upheld by the supreme court as constitutional. Many states even have by-laws allowing high school students to receive school credit for RTRI classes! We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. But we want to change that and we need your help! About You You love Jesus. About the Job As the LifeWise Academy Vice President of Growth, you will demonstrate spiritual maturity and outstanding interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented with experience leading teams. This is a full-time position focused on developing strategies to successfully launch new LifeWise Academy programs. The position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio while leading a largely remote team responsible for cultivating and giving oversight to at-large LifeWise growth opportunities nationwide. Responsibilities Creating a strategic plan and process for increasing interest nationwide Attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing team Developing comprehensive goals and processes for cultivating and caring for communities interested in launching LifeWise programs Establishing and managing healthy relationships with strategic partners Consistently demonstrating a passion for values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity in alignment with the organization Qualifications A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith 5+ years in a ministry or other leadership position Proven track record of pipeline development strategies and successful implementations Excellent people and project management skills Expert-level ability to analyze data and dashboards to identify patterns, trends, insights and solutions Experience working in an organization using SalesForce and Google Workspace (preferred) Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred) Ability to travel Bachelor's degree Salary and Benefits From $80,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employees Retirement plan, including employer match Unlimited PTO for qualified employees
