Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions). General laborer duties associated with paving, patching or prep crews. Shovel, rake and handle other small tools, including power tools. Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices. Clear job sites by cleaning and brushing away debris and hazardous materials from the job site. Various other duties as assigned. Skills and Specifications Ability to work in a team setting. Knowledge of basic tools and their uses. Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures. Must be willing travel and work away from home when required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary. Education/Professional Experience High School Diploma or equivalent education; and one:year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
