Job Specifications: : Outlet: Rock Resorts Spa in the Grand Summit Spa: Starting Wage: Commision Based : If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of 20 / hour inclusive of tips: Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time: Skill Level: Entry: Other Specifics: Tipped Job Responsibilities: :Administers massage, body and hydrotherapy treatments to the guests:Maintains the massage, body treatment areas daily including all counters, mirrors, product containers, laundry, linens, carts, etc. :Prepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment in the massage, body and prep rooms:Keep massage rooms stocked and maintained during and after use per spa protocols:Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the spa:Promotes and sells massage, body and bath products to guests:Maintains knowledge of all treatments and has the ability to explain treatments to guest:Stays up:dated and becomes well:versed/trained in the latest developments pertinent to your department, the spa and the hotel:Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest:Performs whatever is necessary to ensure and maintain a pleasant visit for each guest:Maintains effective guest relations: Begin and end all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book and guest scheduling:Performs special projects delegated by the Spa Director:Conducts tours of the facility when needed:Assists management and co:workers as requested/needed:Assists in training new Massage Therapists as requested:Attends all departmental, spa and property meetings and training sessions:Be familiar with all resort services/ features and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.:Be upbeat and have fun:Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: :Must be board certified in the State of Utah :required. :Must be able to work weekends and Holidays :required. :Must be able to stand for long periods of time.:required.:Must be able to work through the April 20th, 2023.:required.:A minimum of 2 years experience in the Spa industry.:preferred:Must possess the skill required to perform various types of massage, e.g., Swedish, Sports
