We are currently looking for an experienced Nurse Clinical Improvement Lead, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Hatfield, which is easily accessible via public transport. About the role: As a Nurse Clinical Improvement Lead, you will have a direct link with internal and external stakeholders holding the role of clinical expert in terms of eating disorders, physical health, infection, prevention control and mental health nursing. Bank Holidays plus your birthday off - Subsidised meals and free parking - Wellbeing support and activities - Career development and training - Pension contribution - Life Assurance - Enhanced Maternity Package - Flexible working opportunities Your main responsibilities as a Nurse Clinical Improvement Lead: - To work 70/30 clinical floor/office being visible and accessible to the front line team - Leading and carrying out on the floor related clinical audits and implementing actions with staff on the floor - Ensuring all clinical staff compliance and competencies in their roles via education and backssment, and on the floor upskilling - Be a main driver for the improvement of quality care delivery, treatment and service improvement - Lead and have oversight on all RCAs, complaints and investigations into clinical care standards - Provide strategic leadership to clinical managers and the multi-disciplinary team - Monitor, report and act upon any clinical risks associated with change processes or financial constraints What we are looking for in a Nurse.
