Our Bilingual Speech Language Pathologists enjoy professional autonomy, but they also benefit from the camaraderie of being considered part of the school community and the special education team. They conduct student assessments in Spanish and English, attend IEPs, and provide direct services to students ensuring the best possible outcomes in classroom activities, social interaction, learning, and literacy. Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Valid California License as a Speech Language Pathologist Six months of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a K-12 setting (1 year preferred) Bilingual in Spanish and English Willingness to travel to multiple school sites Flexibility to adjust to change that best supports students’ needs Benefits: Salary Range: $97,280 - $117,040 Paid drive-time and mileage reimbursements for travel between school sites Weekly direct deposit An annual allowance for license renewals Sick and vacation time Benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) Weekly stipends for home office and cell phone use Work-Life Balance Continuing education opportunities, webinars, and trainings Dedicated support team Burnalong app for health and fitness Employee Assistance Program Bonus Eligible We have a great referral bonus program where you could earn up to $2,000 for each person that signs on, even if you don’t join our team.
