HB NEXT (www.hbnext.com) is looking for a full-time, leader, with experience in equipment operation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take the initiative, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and has sound judgement. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers. The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Responsibilities: Valid and Clean driver license - No accidents or DUIs within the last 3 years Ability to perform equipment inspection and basic maintenance Be able to move at a consistent, safe and fast pace while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment Effectively communicate with managers with little or no supervision Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with customs and coworkers Preferred Qualifications: Equipment operator experience - Bobcat, Loader, Excavator, Trencher, etc. Ability to load trucks and material Working knowledge of equipment safety procedures Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager Ability to lift to 55 pounds Comfortable working outside and working with your hands Comfortable working M-F starting @ 6am Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Knowledgeable about all safety requirements About HB NEXT: HB NEXT (www.hbnext.com) is growing national construction services company dedicated to client satisfaction and employee growth.
