Summary Isaacs and Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a personal injury pre-litigation attorney, practicing in Ohio, to join its growing practice. The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation but may be asked to handle other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationship* Review and investigate personal injury claims* Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation* Guide clients through the case process* Gather evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents* Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences* Assess the value of claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies* Collaborate with our legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary*Attend training programs and seminars that may be outside of normal business hours.
