Full job description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Estimator at Service One Restoration located in Oswego, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the cost and time required for various construction and restoration projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements, gather data, and prepare accurate estimates. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating bids and proposals, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Estimator or a similar roleStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulationsProficient in using estimation software and toolsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentTime management and organizational skills
