Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative in Huntington beach, CA.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Duties: * Manage a Customer Portfolio of diverse domestic and/or international accounts * Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quotations, Sales, and Shipping to achieve customer satisfaction. * Assist Shipping and Logistics teams with domestic and international order fulfillment. * Input a high volume of Purchase Orders into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiency. * Handle customer concerns, present acceptable solutions and alternatives quickly, follow up to assure resolution.This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: * 3+ years of relevant work experience. * Experience with data entry and ERP systems (Navision/MS Dynamics preferred). * Typing skills (40 WPM +) and some knowledge of data entry. * Ability to compose correspondence and create Excel spreadsheet. * Ability to manage time effectively and manage various tasks successfully. * High school diploma and applicable work experience.Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible OTPay Rate: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
