Responsibilities:• Conduct legal research using various resources including legal databases and libraries.• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.• Draft discovery and draft discovery responses. • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings.• Maintain and organize legal files and documents.• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings and gather information. Qualifications:• At least two years of experience in at a law firm, preferably working in family law• Paralegal certification• Courteous and pleasant• Ability to work well with others• Ability to interact with client and provide exceptional service Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 About Company: We fight for individuals as they navigate the divorce and/or custody process while helping them maintain their peace of mind.
