The Inflight Base Supervisor will be responsible for the daily monitoring of Cabin Crew, all administration duties. This position will report to the Base Manager.Responsible for the daily monitoring of Cabin CrewEvaluate performance and maintain all Personnel FilesConduct briefing, Ramp, Baggage and Inflight checksReview all Flight Reports and provide feedback to various departments at Head OfficeDaily administration dutiesProvide Crew support as neededOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum three (3) years Inflight experience preferred which includes onboard managementPrevious supervisory experience a definite assetMust possess and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and a self-starter approach to dutiesMust be proficient in computers (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)Must have the utmost integrity, discretion, confidentiality and professionalismAbility to work independently and with a teamProven organizational, multitasking and time management skillsA professional attitude and manner that reflects the high standards of the department that you representCapable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Ability to work in a team environmentMust be able to work shift work which includes some weekends.We would love to know if you can speak one or more of the following languages in addition to English: French, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic
