We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic account sales manager to help take our agency to the next level. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications, schedule and conduct sales appointments, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. Responsibilities:• Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients• Engage with warm leads provided by our team and conduct telesales to promote mortgage protection coverage• Provide outstanding customer service to clients to create long-lasting relationships• Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention• Manage client accounts and sales pipelines, tracking progress and meeting sales targets Qualifications:• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training will be provided• A background in sales or customer service is preferred• This position operates on a 100% commission-based model.• A strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and diversity• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and schedule• Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed.• Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills Compensation: $90,000+ About Company: The Peters Agency at InsuraTec is a dynamic organization driven by self-motivation, transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness.
