Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping products- Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss or damage- Manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores- Analyze data and provide reports to upper management regarding warehouse productivity and efficiency- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and safety- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits - Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Opportunities for advancement within the companyIf you are a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart .
