We're seeking a passionate and energetic recruiter to help us cultivate a dream team of Financial Advisors. Primary Responsibilities Sourcing & Selection Build and nurture effective referral sources and centers of influence (COIs). Identify, maintain, and coordinate lead strategies from various channels including referrals, COIs, advertising, and social media. Actively engage in community outreach to promote and strengthen the Northwestern Mutual brand. Drive the candidate selection process by screening, conducting initial interviews, administering selection tools, and guiding candidates through the process. Accountability, Tracking, and Analysis Provide weekly recruiting activity reports to the leadership team. Maintain candidate databases accurately to enhance the efficiency of the selection process. Analyze recruiting ratios to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. Three or more years of professional experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or financial services. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships. Results-driven with a track record of exceeding goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with social media and community engagement strategies. Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability. Experience with prospecting and lead generation preferred.
