Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Qualifications: • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems• Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Compensation: $17 hourly About Company: Newly refreshed with elegant style, Cherry Valley Hotel offers classic accommodations amidst a charming, pastoral location in the Ohio countryside.
