Salary: $35/hr - weekday shifts | $37/hr - weekend shifts Weekly Pay with pay benefits Shifts Available: Weekend Doubles with option of one 8 hr shift during the week 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Mon - Fri *3-Month Minimum Contract Assignment with option to extend Duties of Licensed Vocational Nurse-LVN Performs routine LVN work. Prepares and administers medication. Transcribes physician’s orders. Performs focused care & treatment of clients. Documentation: patient behaviors, medication administration, condition changes and other changes Maintains accountability of medication. Provides education to client and/or family. Job Requirements for all applicants: ·Must be licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and able to practice in Texas.·Experience in responding to medical/psychiatric crises.·Direct patient care experience, preferred.·Experience in providing care for emotionally disturbed individuals Other: Must have a valid photo ID Current American Heart Association CPR certification (BLS). Must have negative PPD results within last 12 months. Flu Vaccination record if taken. Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check Powered by JazzHR
