Program Manager Full Time Ft. APG, MD Top Secret/SCI Clearance **This position is contingent upon contract award** Job Description: Responsibilities The PM will serve as the overall on-site manager for this contract and shall serve as the authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR. The PM's full time duty location will be onsite at APG. Must have experience in the following: Planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract. Complete life-cycle of the software in military systems. Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems. Managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. Providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. Providing recommendations for resolution of technical problems. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Nine (9) years experience within the last 15 years. Army Acquisition Corps Level 2 certification in logistics, program management or information technology is highly desired OR recognized industry equivalent professional certification About Semper Valens Solutions: Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
