Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and engage homeowners in face-to-face discussions about the benefits of solar energy• Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our expert team for a complimentary solar quote• Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment Qualifications: • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Experience using a CRM is preferred• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years• Possess reliable transportation for daily travel to local markets• Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written• Exceptional customer service abilities• Minimum age requirement of 18 years Compensation: $144,800 at plan per year About Company: G3 Solar is the leader in residential solar.
