The ideal candidate will possess transactional health care experience across multiple industry sectors and demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Job Details:Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across various industry sectors including dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Build state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.Demonstrate strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.5+ years of experience supporting health care transactions.Experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Skills:Transactional health care experience.Strong business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
