The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters, with a California license and strong academic credentials.Duties:Provide legal representation to clients in professional liability cases.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Manage discovery processes, including document production and depositions.Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Requirements:California Bar license in good standing.7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters.Strong academic background from a reputable law school.Proven track record of success in legal practice.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:California State Bar license.Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting and documentation.Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
