Purpose: Responsible for assisting with assessing, developing, and performing Internal Audit and SOX functions - emphasis on Internal Audit- to provide independent assurance on the adequacy, effectiveness, and sustainability of the risk, control, and governance frameworks. Accountabilities: Assist in developing the Company's Audit & SOX risk assessments and annual plan. Assist in developing and producing high quality, timely deliverables (e.g., working papers, audit reports) to support the findings of assigned audits. Assist in the delivery of audit results to all levels of management, external auditors, and regulators. Establish and foster relationships across all levels of management, business units, and external auditors. Advise business areas on the risk and control frameworks and supporting documentation within the Company's processes. Apply audit methodology and standards to all audits assigned. Assist in US and international reviews as required. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of relevant audit & industry experience. Public accounting audit experience preferred. CPA or CIA designations required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Archer preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, adaptive, takes on challenges, and exercises judgment. Drive. Discipline. Confidence. Focus. Commitment.
