Job Description Summary This role is responsible for supervision of employees and oversight of production processes within assigned area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Ensure all safety rules are followed and employees follow the safety program:Manage and supervise a group of 5:10 people in a fast:paced manufacturing environment:Accurately fill out production sheets daily:Perform minor repairs to equipment:Operate all production equipment in a specific area:Ensure department is producing quality product consistently:Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment:Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
