As a new Behavioral Specialist with our Vantage Point North program you can expect each day to be both rewarding and challenging. Your responsibilities may include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy sessions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals to provide support, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate their behavioral health journeys. We prefer the candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, as well as relevant experience in behavioral health or mental health settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic health record systems is preferred, as you will be responsible for documenting client interactions and treatment plans.
