The successful candidate will also have experience in renewables. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.Duties:Assist clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.Provide legal counsel and support to clients in matters related to renewable energy projects.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and projects.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions and renewables.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in the firm to develop legal strategies and solutions for clients.Attend meetings, hearings, and court proceedings as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Indiana State Bar or eligibility for admission.Minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate law.Experience in renewable energy projects is a strong plus.Strong academic record demonstrating legal aptitude and proficiency.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Adherence to ethical and professional standards.Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.Any additional relevant certifications or memberships in legal organizations are a plus.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Contract drafting and negotiation.Communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and critical thinking.Knowledge of real estate and renewable energy laws and regulations.Time management and organizational abilities.
