Job Title: Director of Construction Duration: Fulltime position Location: Atlanta, GA 30346 (Hybrid role, 2 days a week IT comes in on Monday and Thursdays) Qualifications: Proven experience in customer onboarding, strategic planning, and project management within a related industry. Strong proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, with a focus on Earned Value Management (EVM). Demonstrated expertise in using project management software such as Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Leadership qualities with a focus on servant leadership and team collaboration. Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
