Description:
Responsibilities: Responsible for design and development of custom designed pressure vessels, sterilizers and mixers. Develop, qualify and refine manufacturing processes, including welding, trimming, shearing, rolling, bending, and more to meet all design and business requirements. Document and standardize welding, assembly, and other processes and own the creation and modification of manufacturing planning. Work with design engineers to evaluate designs for manufacturability and implementation. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting metal fabrication, assembly, or welding. No degree in Engineering required with relevant (Pressure Vessels, Vacuum Chambers) experience (Bachelors or Masters degree a plus) Knowledge of metallic manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment related to welding, metal forming, fastening, and drilling. Strong CAD modeling skills Mechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis experience Compensation: $85K Eligible for Pay increase after mid-year or annual performance review Eligible for Medical Insurance, 401k employer matching PTO accrual of 1 week per year for 1st year and 2 weeks per year after one year employment, 15 paid Holidays per year recblid t7nfqrag7363ww2r0qoctw3hnsetop PDN-9c01bd65-b416-4c52-a25c-8790831e546e
