We wish to extend a warm welcome to all candidates interested in making a difference in healthcare delivery by joining the Theoria teamTheoria's Clinical Operations team is seeking individuals to join its team as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO). The RDCO will work directly with the VP of Clinical Operations to oversee our partner communication, facilities, and assigned staff. This role will require excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and initiative to manage day to day clinical operations.Shift StructureMonday-Friday 7am-5pm EST + 1 weekend day per month on-callApproximately 80% Remote with 20% in person for facility site visitsEmployment TypeThis is a full time, exempt position.Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $75,000-$80,000/yearHealth Insurance, including vision and dental 401k with employer match15 days PTO annuallyShort and Long Term DisabilityEmployer Paid - Life Insurance PolicyEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesPrimary role and function is management of day to day clinical operations for Theoria-partnered facilities-Monitor and manage metrics such as provider timeliness, quality, productivity, and compliance with facility responsibilities-Monitor and collaborate on facility metrics such as Five-Star facility measures, QAPI initiatives, RTH, and any key focus initiatives identified by a partner-Provide superior Customer Relations Management by identifying and responding to any partner issues in a comprehensive and diligent manor-Follow regular check-ins with facility partners including at a minimum quarterly on-site meetings with facility staff-Participate in new facility education and training, as well as retraining as applicable-Navigate multiple computer systems including but not limited to Monday.com, Slack, Gmail and Zoom-Other associated clinical operation duties and tasks as assignedThis position will report directly to the Vice President of Clinical OperationsRequirements and QualificationMinimum 5 years SNF leadership experience (such as prior DON, administrator, department director, etc)Strong understanding of SNF quality measures, regulations, and expectationsExperience with employee managementTech Savvy with strong computer skillsPersonable and works well with other team membersAutonomous/Independent Strong understanding of healthcare staffing organization and needs Great problem solving skills, including root cause analysis of situationsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hoursMust be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to meet with providers and facility staffSome ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
