Glazing Lead Company: Gatsby Glass Location: San Antonio Texas Compensation: Full Time Salary Based on Experience $40K-$55K Perks/Benefits: Ten (10) days PTO annually – 2 days to start, earn 1 day for each pay period until ten days are earned, Each year on anniversary the 10 days are added back. Position Overview: As the Glazing Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing glazing installations for both residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in glazing operations, leadership, and a hunger for success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage glazing installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Implement and optimize processes based on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework to enhance operational efficiency and accountability. Collaborate with the Sales team to assist general marketing efforts. Understand and interpret residential and commercial blueprints, providing insights and expertise for successful project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive communication within the operations team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, throughout all phases of project execution. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet and exceed client expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project success. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on project status, key performance indicators, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in glazing operations. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams. Experience collaborating with Sales teams and interpreting blueprints. Proactive attitude, hunger for success, and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration. OSHA certification is desirable. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color. Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc. Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs. Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods.
