The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in trust and estate administration and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Admission to the Nevada Bar is preferred.Duties:In estate planning matters, provide legal counsel and representation to high-net-worth individuals and families.Assist clients with trust and estate administration processes.Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues related to wealth management and tax planning.Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive client service.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning and wealth management.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on estate planning.Proven track record in advising high-net-worth clients on wealth management strategies.Strong understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Nevada Bar (preferred).Skills:Proficiency in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.Strong research and analytical skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
