YOUR SCHEDULE This full-time social services management role works 40 hours a week with the occasional 24-hour on-call rotation. YOUR DAY As the Foster Care Program Manager at our new Therapeutic Foster Home, you coordinate and oversee the program, focusing on providing 6-9 months of care to youth with mental health and behavioral challenges. Your role includes selecting and leading a team, fostering a culture that values foster parents, and ensuring alignment with therapeutic practices. You actively involve families in planning, ensuring compliance with DCFS requirements. This collaborative role allows you to work closely with Hoyleton colleagues, DCFS, courts, and community organizations, making a meaningful impact as you help transition youth from residential care to forever homes. When you join our team, you make a real difference in the lives of these deserving youth. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 21+ years old Master's degree in social work, education, or another human services field Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) 3+ years of professional experience in providing social services specifically to families and children Strong leadership skills Ability to provide service in a manner that reflects an appreciation for the cultural background, heritage, and identity of clients and their families, work peers, and other associates Valid driver's license and auto insurance OUR STORY We are a faith-based organization, founded upon the social justice heritage of the United Church of Christ.
