Mitchell Heating & Cooling, an Award-Winning Premier Trane Comfort Specialist with offices in Raleigh, NC, for over 50 Years, is excited to announce their new office in Charleston, South Carolina. We have been serving residential and light commercial customers in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan areas since 1973. We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company-paid dealer training and NATE certifications. Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer to join our team, someone with experience leading a residential retrofit/changeout team and looking for a stable company to work with. We work locally and offer full-time, year-round work! Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, overtime as needed What you will be doing: Pick up the box truck at the shop every morning Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories Complete startup of newly installed equipment Customer Service Overseeing install helper Continual company-paid Trane dealer training and NATE Certification Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3 + years of residential retrofit installation experience Lead install experience EPA Certification Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE Certifications Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance High School Diploma or GED NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired hvac, install, installer, residential, installation
