Alternative Classroom Teacher-High School 2024-2025 School Year Contract Length: Possible Part Time $47,500 starting wage is based on having a teaching license and FTE Qualifications: Preferred, but not required: secondary teaching license Supervise students in the Alternative Classroom setting in the high school building. Assist students with navigating online course materials and assignments. Monitor student progress and provide support as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success. Collaborate with parents, school staff and administration to address student needs and concerns. Uphold high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement. Implement strategies to motivate and engage at-risk students in their coursework.
